Patrick Cotter

Patrick Cotter has been with DAVIS for 15 years, where he has played a fundamental role in helping the company grow and build across the D.C. metro area. As a director in the renovation and repositioning group, Cotter provides an accurate budget throughout the building process. He has the experience necessary to look at any phase of a project and identify scheduling and cost gaps, as well as the skill to fill those gaps with creative and innovative solutions. Building repositionings are extensive processes with complicated sequences, and Cotter finds the simple solutions hidden within the elaborate operations. Cotter holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Virginia Tech.
