Cherrie Fisher

Cherrie K. Fisher, PMP, is a civil engineer, an American Arbitration Association (AAA) construction neutral, an AAA 2021 Higginbotham Diversity Fellow and a Dispute Resolution Panel Member with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). She brings more than three decades of construction knowledge to her arbitration practice, including experience negotiating claims for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
