Josh Leonard

Josh Leonard serves as the senior manager of Legislative Affairs at ABC, where he advocates on behalf of ABC member companies before members of Congress and their staff. In addition to his advocacy work, Leonard collaborates with ABC member companies to identify and address legislative and regulatory challenges, highlight activities in Washington impacting the business operating environment, promote ABC PAC and facilitate member engagement with representatives and senators. Before joining ABC, Leonard worked at Ulman Public Policy, where he lobbied on behalf of ABC and other business trade associations before members of Congress and regulatory agencies on issues related to labor and employment, such as workplace safety and workforce development.
