As a project manager for HITT Contracting, Chris Jewell acts as the primary point of contact for the client and handles day-to-day operations. He leads onsite management of the project, attends weekly client meetings and key coordination meetings, and reviews and approves all deliverables. He is also responsible for the overall project administration, including budget management, safety, estimating, project buyout, subcontracts, purchase orders, schedule, monthly progress reports, payment applications, change orders, cost control, quality control and project closeout. Jewell collaborates with the superintendent to ensure the project is built effectively, efficiently, and safely. He reports directly to the senior project manager and is responsible for ensuring the client receives service beyond expectations.
