Valerie Jackson currently serves as Senior Director, Global Inclusion and Diversity at Procore Technologies, where she works to leverage the power of an inclusive culture to increase employee engagement and productivity, unlock value and drive business. A passionate builder of people, projects and opportunities, Valerie has focused on building inclusion and talent initiatives in global and hyper-growth companies for nearly 15 years. Before joining Procore, Valerie led global diversity and inclusion initiatives at two of the world’s largest law firms and consulted for clients in the tech, consumer products, and manufacturing sectors. Valerie also practiced corporate finance law and was an international negotiator for a US regulator. She earned her AB, cum laude, from Harvard University and her JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
