Adrian L. Bastianelli III is of counsel in the Washington, D.C., office of Peckar & Abramson P.C., where his practice has transitioned almost exclusively to neutral work. He is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and a past chair of the ABA Forum on Construction Law, from which he received the Cornerstone Award. He is a co-editor of the ABA books “Construction ADR” and “Federal Government Construction Contracts” (first and second editions).
