Brian Perlberg

Brian Perlberg is the executive director and senior counsel for ConsensusDocs, as well as senior counsel for construction law and contracts for AGC of America. He also is on the ABA Forum on the Construction Law Steering Committee for the Contract Documents, the Executive Committee for the National Construction Dispute Resolution Committee of the Arbitration Association of America, the Construction SuperConference Board and WPL Publishing Advisory Board. Prior to joining AGC, Perlberg served as general counsel for the Design-Build Institute of America. He’s frequently published in national periodicals and regularly speaks at industry events and presents webinars.
