Over the past 20 years, Siefkes has worked with small and mid-sized businesses as they navigate through the growth of their company. His primary focus is centered on how finance and field teams can work together to mitigate risk, reduce revenue leakage and optimize cash flow. Siefkes works to bring the voice of the customer to innovative product teams to deliver products that meet the market need.
