With more than 20 years of industry experience and a passion for innovation, Mike is focused on cultivating an environment that encourages the generation of new ideas and creative solutions to the challenges faced by the architecture, engineering and construction industries. Collaborating with other members of Ryan Companies’ Insights & Innovation team, Mike is focused on discovery, research and development and implementation. Taking the most successful ideas and initiatives, he works to determine proof of concept and operational impact, implementing and mainstreaming new initiatives, optimizing systems and processes, and utilizing employees’ talents in new ways. He is leading the charge in working toward what the architecture, engineering and construction industries will look like five to 10 years from now, and creating the best conditions for Ryan Companies to remain a leader in its field.
