Mingee Kim serves as the national practice leader for HUB’s workforce productivity practice, which focuses on absence management. She has nearly 10 years of experience in integrated absence management and process improvement and has worked with a wide range of customers to address the linkage between individual health, program/process design and workforce productivity. Kim analyzes disability, leave, workers’ compensation, paid time off and medical programs to identify commonalities regarding how these benefits are perceived and utilized. She develops and implements evidence-based, data-driven solutions to improve employee experiences and contain costs.
