Paul Hedgepath leads M.J. Harris’ construction technology operations nationwide. With over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Hedgepath has focused on integrating technology into construction workflows, directly contributing to more than 100 projects across various sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, aviation, education and mission-critical facilities. His career includes technology leadership roles at Holder Construction, JE Dunn Construction and currently M.J. Harris Construction.
Hedgepath works closely with design and construction teams, utilizing tools such as building information modeling and reality capture technologies, including laser scanners, drones and 360-degree photography. He is also actively integrating artificial intelligence into project workflows, helping teams leverage AI to improve efficiency, coordination and decision-making across project phases.
Hedgepath earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University, where he remains involved by speaking to classes each semester on construction technology. Passionate about leveraging technology to advance the industry, Hedgepath is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.
