Richard Tyler is a lawyer, arbitrator and mediator with Jones Walker’s nationally ranked construction industry team, with more than 30 years’ experience in complex, high-stakes construction disputes, including multiple industrial megaprojects, across the country. He is a fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Litigation Counsel of America, as well as a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial, Construction, Large Complex Case and International panels.
