Samantha Bricker is an accomplished HR professional with a Master of Science in human resource management and a SHRM-CP certification. She currently serves as an HR business partner at Graham Construction, where she plays a key role in enhancing the employee experience and fostering career development for construction professionals.
While working full-time, Bricker pursued further education to deepen her expertise in human resources. Her commitment to the field is evident through her active involvement with SHRM at the national, state and local levels. She is the vice president of programming for Central Iowa SHRM and has previously served as conference co-director for the Iowa SHRM State Council.
Bricker resides in West Des Moines, Iowa, with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
