Ty Holt has over 40 years of experience as a construction and commercial trial lawyer, public finance lawyer, construction transaction attorney, project development and deal structuring attorney, in addition to more than 30 years of experience as a construction mediator and arbitrator. He’s a member of the AAA Construction Arbitration Master Panel, is an International Mediation Institute certified mediator and serves as co-bond and co-underwriters’ counsel for the Denver and Park Creek Metropolitan District in Colorado.
